Founded in Georgia, Candidate Beacon is building professional networks around specialized technical hiring. Our primary areas are electrical construction, mission-critical infrastructure, and commissioning and controls, with a dedicated healthcare imaging practice.
We believe technology can make research and sourcing faster. It cannot replace the conversation that reveals whether someone is genuinely interested, qualified and aligned with a role.
Our model is intentionally direct: understand the requirements, connect with relevant professionals, ask better questions, and represent people responsibly.
