Our forms may collect your name, email, company, professional role, LinkedIn profile, location preferences, compensation preferences and the details you include in a message. Please do not submit Social Security numbers, government identification, financial account details or sensitive medical information.

Why we use it

We use submissions to respond to inquiries, understand hiring needs, maintain professional recruiting contacts and assess possible future conversations about roles or business collaboration. Submission is not a job application or a guarantee that work or employment will be available.

Candidate introductions

We do not submit your profile or resume to a prospective hiring organization without first obtaining your permission for that introduction.

Third-party processing

This website uses Netlify hosting and Netlify Forms to process incoming submissions. Data you enter may be processed and stored through that provider's systems. If you follow external LinkedIn links, the destination service has its own privacy practices. The site may request fonts from Google Fonts.

Information handling and requests

Access to inquiry data should be limited to people who need it for the business purpose. If you want to correct your information, withdraw from future outreach or request deletion of an inquiry from our records, email shake@candidatebeacon.com. We will review requests in light of any applicable legal or operational retention obligations.
